We want you to love your DRIZZL. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work. DRIZZL is operated by SOETECH LLC.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond with return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
